AMaze is perhaps the most promising game yet for VMLabs NUON. It should
appeal to both casual and hardcore gamers a like. Your objective is to
guide a shiny steel ball through various mazes while avoiding obstacles.
Many of these obstacles are level specific. To get the ball through you
tilt the boxes. The game has stunning graphics and early looks give the
game a fun, yet challenging look. AMaze could will no doubt show the casual
gamer what the NUON can do. It uses Real-Time Raytracing and very
advanced physics models used. The Fungus staff have done an excellent job
of taking advantage of the freedom NUON offers developers. AMaze promises
to be one of the best puzzle games ever. Look for it along with other AAA
titles "Tempest 3000" and "Merlin Karting" when the system launches in the
next few months.
